No Refund Policy
Omaha Massage and Wellness Center has a no refund policy for Gift Certificates, Packages, and Memberships.
Client Intake Form
If you have an appointment scheduled, you may print and fill out your health form ahead of time and bring it with you to your appointment.
Payments
We accept Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
Cancellations
If for any reason you would have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
